MY STORY
I never set out to become a spiritual mentor or recovery coach—this path chose me. It revealed itself through pain, through surrender, and through a long, often brutal journey back home to myself.

About Me
For most of my life, I lived in pain. Whether it was the shadow of childhood abuse, the chaos of toxic relationships, or the grip of cocaine addiction—suffering became my language, my rhythm, my normal.
At 24, I walked through the doors of rehab for the first time. But I wasn’t ready. Not ready to meet the version of myself that was waiting on the other side of truth. I needed more time—five more years of self-destruction, denial, and deep loss—before I finally reached the point where I could say, without hesitation: enough.
At 29, everything collapsed again.
But this time, I didn’t escape. I didn’t numb. I surrendered. And in that surrender, I began to heal.
I faced the grief I had buried. The shame I had carried. The root causes I had never dared to look at. That decision—to stop running and start feeling—became the beginning of a transformation that would reshape my life from the inside out.
A journey of self-discovery. Of deep healing. Of spiritual awakening. I found something greater than myself—something sacred—and I uncovered a sense of purpose that had always been there, waiting.
Today, I work with people who carry pain like I once did. I recognise myself in their stories, their eyes, their silence. And because I’ve walked through the fire, I now walk beside others as they find their way home—to truth, to healing, to themselves.
You don’t need to keep running. You don’t need to carry it alone.
I’m here to guide you—back to your heart, back to your wholeness, and back to the life you were always meant to live.

I’ve sat in six Ayahuasca ceremonies to date, each one offering an experience as vast as it was humbling. This sacred medicine has opened my eyes to the nature of our three-dimensional reality in ways I could never have imagined. It has also guided me to confront deeply buried fears and traumas that conventional healing could not reach.
Ayahuasca is not for the faint of heart. It demands surrender, courage, and truth. But for me, it has been a powerful ally—an instrument of awakening and deep inner transformation. I continue to walk alongside this medicine, and will do so for as long as I feel called.
My Healing & Recovery CV
5.5 Years of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
Since leaving rehab for the second time, I’ve devoted over five years to weekly therapy—committed, consistent, and unrelenting. I journeyed deep into the roots of my addiction, childhood trauma, and self-sabotaging behaviours. This was some of the most intense and confronting work I’ve ever done—especially revisiting and reprocessing the pain of my early years.
Every decade of my life held untouched wounds. Bringing them to the surface was brutal at times—but essential. Within that space, I discovered how much healing is possible when you face yourself fully. I began to unravel the stories I told myself—the ones shaped by pain, abandonment, and shame—and in doing so, I reclaimed the parts of me I had long been taught to silence.
3 Years 12 step fellowship
With the support of a sponsor, I began working the Twelve Steps—once again diving deep into the truth of who I was and sharing it with raw honesty and vulnerability. That sponsor has since become my closest friend, someone I cherish deeply on this path.
Although I didn’t formally complete every step, I live by the principles of the program each day. The essence of the work remains alive in me. In 2023, I chose to step away from meetings—not out of disconnection, but to explore and embrace a wider range of healing modalities. My journey continues, expanding into new dimensions of recovery, growth, and spiritual integration.
